Coronavirus UpdateChanges in clinic due to Covid-19

PLEASE READ OUR PRACTISE POLICY REGARDING COVID-19 BEFORE ENTERING CLINIC 

  

One of the public health response objectives of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is to minimise the risk of transmission of COVID-19. For the health and safety of all our clients and staff, if you are showing any signs of the following please return to your car and call us on 8786 3900. Our staff will direct you on what to do next. 

  

Please DO NOT ENTER if you have symptoms including: 

  

  • COUGHING 
  • RUNNING NOSE 
  • NASAL CONGESTION 
  • SORE THROAT 
  • FEVER 

  

We ask for your understanding that any non-essential or elective procedures may need to be deferred if you or anyone in your household have: 

  • Overseas travel history in the last 14 days 
  • Close contact with someone who has travelled overseas in the last 14 days 
  • Had contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 Respiratory symptoms not cleared by a medical practitioner 

  

PLEASE PRACTICE HAND HYGIENE WHEN YOU ENTER OUR CLINIC SPACE. 

We have provided alcohol hand rub at reception for your use.
